Cala Customer Care is here to support every patient by ensuring that each claim we submit has the appropriate Medical Necessity documentation to support a prior authorization.
Currently, each prior authorization request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the patient's healthcare plan administrator. Please note that patients may have to apply additional funds to support their deductible and/or copay. Be sure to review what each policy may require.
